Description

Delegations are groups of MPs that are entrusted with overseeing different special tasks. The can be formed from existing subcommittees (hence the Committee co-label). It might be important to note that by official definition, delegations are joint organs of both councils. However, There exist delegation nodes than BELONGS_TO the National Council and the Council of States. This viewpoint was taken in the database for practical reasons.

  Categorical: Permanent, Ad hoc

  Alternate abbreviation of the committee’s name.

• (optional) abbrev2: string

  Alternate abbreviation of the committee’s name.
